About Charlotte

I have been in this industry now for seven years, practicing in Melbourne before moving to Regional Victoria a few years ago. Opening our local clinic just over 2 years ago, Saada Health & Wellbeing has been welcomed with open arms. My experience in this industry thus far, has truly solidified my resolve to serve women through Remedial and Postpartum therapies. My drive to serve women in this way, has been shaped by my life and motherhood journey.

Our goal has always been to support women/mothers. Encouraging them. Be present/accessible for them. Hold space for them. Becoming a mother was definitely the thing that gave me purpose – I am obsessed with being a mumma and am instantly clucky at the glimpse of a newborn bub.

That being said, I have endured the difficulties that come with having limited knowledge & limited support, which is a situation many women find themselves in. So, I felt a strong urge to be part of a cultural change in that area. That lack of a support “village” can leave many women overwhelmed, robbing them of the immense joy that Motherhood holds.

The sharing of knowledge between women is a powerful thing. A simple conversation with a friend, meant that I had the gift of healing, positive birthing experiences, after a significantly traumatic birth with my first born. If I had that education and knowledge during my first pregnancy, I feel that I would've been confident in my body’s ability to birth, instead of fearful.

So, I make it a point to make education surrounding labour and birth options accessible, as well as high lighting the importance of postpartum support.

And just for the record, yes DAD’S/HUBBY’S are welcome!

Caring for the family as a unit, is a big thing for us. More often than not, you have mums and dads who are doing this parenthood thing alone. The extended family are either long distance or not present & the "village" just isn't there.

So, when dad/hubby is a Woman's main support, then caring for his body and helping him to feel equipped in his role as her protector/provider/pillar, is definitely a priority for us.

We are ambitious in what we want to achieve in this area. Our goal is to have a positive effect on the way women view and approach fertility, pregnancy, birth, motherhood, education and self-care.

The beauty of how we are growing Saada Health & Wellbeing, is that much of our services are applicable to a majority of the community.

We hope you enjoy & embrace what we have on offer.
