Ingredients
1 cup almond meal
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
3/4 cup cooked mashed pumpkin
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
3 chia eggs (3 tbsp chia seeds mixed with 12 tbsp water and left for 15mins)
2-4 tbsp rice malt syrup (depending how sweet you want it)

Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup almond meal
1/4 cup cacao powder
2 tbsp chia seeds 
1/2 cup dates (soaked for 10 mins in about 1 cup boiling water)
1/2 cup rice malt syrup

Method
-Preheat oven to 180c
-Mix all dry ingredients well until combined.
-Place dates and water remains in a high powered blender and blend until smooth and then mix in with hands the dates and rice malt to form a doughy consistency.
-Form small cookie shaped balls and place on baking paper
-Cook for about 15 mins and enjoy !!

1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup almonds
1 handful of dates
2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
